Wow.

A note to the visitors of TF Seeker's Sightings:

It has been almost a month since I have been able to update - sorry about that - but a number of things have been keeping me from doing so

- A lack of 'new' sightings (I keep hitting dead ends)

- A lack of time to go seriously seeking online (My life is insane right now)

- A dead computer (Lets hear it for <:P Dell!)

For the foreseeable future, this site will be on hiatus. If you find a new site or have one, and want to share it, please put it on the message boards so everyone can visit it. My apologies again for not being able to keep this site going - but it will stay up as long as TF Central is willing to host it. Hopefully, I will get back on my feet to maintain it once again.

Two personal notes - first, TF Seeker's Sightings passed the 100,000 visitor mark sometime on the evening of July 24, 2004. WOW! I hope everyone is finding this site useful. The second note is that due to summertime vacations and other things, I might skip an update in August - hopefully not, but it is only fair to warn everyone who drops by regularly.

06-30-2004 - A small update - 4 new sightings to bring the total to 754.

Also a format revision on the front page. Since the Furry art listing had gone over 100 KB in size, I have split it in half for quicker downloads and easier viewing.

Since so many Yahoo groups are showing up I am considering setting up a new "Yahoo" category in the future so that the independent boards and groups don't get swallowed up - and perhaps migrating my message board to a Yahoo group as well. Any comments (pro or con) about this idea can be put up on my current Message Board

Special thanks to Provolvere and Filiamiko for their sightings which make up the bulk of this update. Their contributions were delayed by a week due to the Holiday. Also, thanks to shrinkman for noting some revisions to his websites URLs.

A glitch of some sort kept me from doing a proper update. Hopefully it has been resolved by now.

03-30-2004 - Added 6 sightings to bring the total to 687 seen- although that was offset by websites that had to be put in the "Lost Website" section due to Transfur's termination of hosting services. They will be missed.

A minor rant here - if there is any site worth exploring in this update, it's Worth 1000. Awesome photomanipulations of every kind! And thunkfully, PG rated! Thanks for contributing it Deuce!

Thanks to Raven Blackmane and filiaminko for their submissions - sightings. I am going to start crediting people who have submitted sites or sighted them in the entries- unless they do not wish credit (like Deuce) The easiest way to get your submission in is via the Message Board where everyone can see it - just in case I am delayed in updating (Updates are usually once every ten days).

Deuce has informed me of changes coming to Transfur's hosted websites - please see the notice after the sightings and a listing of some of the sites affected.

02-20-2004 - Added 16 sightings to bring the total to 663.

At Provolvere's request, I am starting a section to keep track of the time that websites were added here. I don't have a good record of that, so it might be helpful. I have collected two pages for January 2004 and February 2004, but keep in mind they may not have all of the entries.

Some 50,000 people have visited the site since it was started up one year ago. Hope it's been useful to everyone who has used it. To 'celebrate' there is a small new gallery with a gift, a "Transformation Mask" and a little bit of low intensity "cheesecake". Enjoy!
